Schenk & Gamper is based in the Northern-most region of Italy, in the Alps on the German language border.

The firm was founded in 2016 by attorneys Ivo Schenk and Veit Gamper, and it is primarily active in civil and commercial law.

The law firm provides legal assistance and counsel before Italian civil courts.

In addition, the firm provides operational support for companies worldwide, particularly in negotiations, structuring of contractual relationships and protective legal measures.

Our in-house partnership with tax consultants Lustik Hofer Zöggeler allows us to provide our clients with interdisciplinary and comprehensive turnkey approach.

We work in German, Italian and English.
